1 1/2 lb. thin beef strips
1 tbsp. cooking oil
3 c. broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
2 pkg. brown gravy mix
2 c. water
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add beef strips (pepper steak or round steak cut thin); sauté 3 to 4 minutes. Add broccoli. Combine gravy mix, water, and pepper in a separate bowl. Pour over beef mixture. Stir and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 5 to 8 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Serve over steamed white rice or Oriental noodles.
