9 cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup baking powder
1 TB salt
2 cups shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together. Add the shortening and cut in until the mixture has coarse crumbs. Store in an airtight container.

When stored in an airtight container, this mix should last for around 2 months or so.

Makes 12 Cups Mix.
