5-6 lb. beef brisket
1 bottle barbecue sauce
Garlic powder
Celery salt
Onion salt
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle brisket all over with garlic powder, celery salt, onion salt, salt and pepper. Rub in seasonings. Brush entire brisket with 1/2 of the barbecue sauce. Place brisket in glass baking dish and cover with foil. Do not allow foil to touch meat. Bake in 275 degree oven for 4-5 hours. Remove, cool and refrigerate overnight. Grill approximately 6 inches from coals; turning and basting with remaining barbecue sauce occasionally. Cook 20-30 minutes or until throughly heated and well browned. Cut diagonally into very thin slices.
