4 split skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups Russian Dressing
1/2 cup apricot preserves
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine Russian dressing, apricot preserves and onion soup mix.
Blend and set aside.
Dip chicken breasts into mixture and place in large casserole pan.
Pour remaining mixture over the chicken.
Bake 45 minutes at 350º until golden and bubbly.

This is a family favorite and quite easy to prepare ahead of time. If refrigerated, let stand until it reaches room temperature before baking.
