1 lb. venison steak cut into 4 serving pieces 2 T. soy sauce 1 T. lemon juice 1 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. powdered ginger 1/4 tsp. cumin
Place steak in a shallow pan. Mix the soy sauce, lemon juice, sugar, ginger and cumin; pour over the steak. Marinate for 1 hour, turning twice during the period. Broil the steak about 4 inches from the heat for 3 minutes on a side for a 1/2" steak or 5 minutes per side for a 1" steak.
