2 bags fresh spinach, rinsed and torn
2 cans sliced water chestnuts
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 hard boiled eggs, diced
1/2 lb. crisp bacon, crumbled
1 med. onion, chopped


1 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. ketchup
1 T. Worcestershire
2 tsp.salt

Toss all of the salad ingredients. Mix dressing ingredients and pour over salad and toss.
