1 6 oz bag of Nestle Toll ouse semisweet chocoate chips
3 T light corn syrup
1/2 C dark rum or bourbon
2.5 cups vanilla-wafer crumbs (rum them through a food processor to get the right consistency)

1/2 C confectioner's sugar
1 C finely chopped walnuts (or whatever nut you prefer)

Directions:

Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over low heat. Add the corn syrup and liquor and stir. Take the pan off the heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything together and let it sit for about 30 minutes until things have firmed up a bit. Form the mixture into balls and roll them through the sugar.
