8 boneless pork chops
1/2 cup tomato paste
2/3 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Cloves
3 tbs. Honey
1 tbs. Mustard
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 cups Chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Spray frying pan with Pam. Brown chops on both sides.

Stir next 6 ingredients in medium saucepan. Heat until boils.
Add mushrooms and onion. Arrange chops in small roaster, spooning sauce between and over chops. Cover.

Bake in 350º for 1 1/2 hours.
