1 c. flour
1½ c. pecans, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. Cool Whip, divided (I use more)
3 c. milk
½ c. margarine or butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 boxes instant chocolate pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 c. flour, 1 c. chopped pecans & margarine. Press into a 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.

Cool crust.

Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar & 1 c. cool whip. Put on cooled crust.

Mix 2 boxes pudding with 3 c. milk & put on top of cheese & sugar mixture.

Top with cool whip & sprinkle with ½ c. chopped pecans.

Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
