5-6 lb. pork roast
Garlic powder
Pepper
1 bottle regular or hickory smoked barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle roast all over with pepper and garlic powder; rub in. Place roast flat-bony side down on grill over a drip pan. Cook 1 hour; then add 5-6 hot coals on each side of drip pan. Cook 45 minutes. Brush on barbecue sauce. Cook 20 minutes longer and add sauce again. Cook another 15-30 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center of roast registers 165 degrees. Place meat on heated platter and let stand for 10 minutes. Slice into 6 thick chops.
