½ recipe Fail Proof Pizza Dough
2 Tbs butter, softened
2 Cloves garlic, minced/pressed
¼ C Parmesan, grated
¼ lb. Mozzarella, grated
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat to 500ºF Mix butter and garlic in a small bowl and set aside. Roll dough out into a large circle on parchment paper. Spread garlic butter over the dough and top with cheeses. Top with desired seasoning. Transfer to stone and bake 9-10 mins. Cool 1-2 mins. slice, and serve with your favourite sauce.
