1¼ Cup Flour
¼ Teaspoon Baking Soda
¼ Teaspoon Salt
⅓ Cup Shortening
1¼ Cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 Cup Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Sift Flour with Soda and Salt. Cream Shortening and Sugar. Add Egg and Mix Thoroughly. Str in flour mixture until smooth. Stir in nuts and drop on Cookie Sheet. Bake at 375º 10 to 12 minutes.
