5 cups (1.5 to 2 litre) bottle ketchup
1/2 cup pancake syrup
1/4 cup Minced Onion (dehydrated)
1/2 cup Chinese cooking wine
1 1/2 Tsp garlic powder or fresh 2 cloves crushed
1 tbsp. sriracha sauce
1/2 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
1 Tbsp.Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup malt vinegar
3 Tbsp. molasses
1/4 cup Sugar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce, lemon juice
1 156 ml tomatoe paste
1/2 to 1 cup Horseradish
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. anchovy paste
1 Tbsp. Dry mustard
1/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
1 tsp. Xanthan Gum (optional to thicken)

Directions:

Mix in all remaining ingredients, simmer for 45-60 minutes - stirring occasionally.
Cool and bottle.
