Directions:
Stir-fry Sauce:
Pour yourself a glass of wine. Combine cornstarch, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, water, ginger sesame sauce, minced garlic and chicken broth. Whisk lightly then refrigerate covered overnight.

Marinade:
Pour yourself another glass of wine. Combine and stir lightly after each addition, cornstarch, soy sauce, water, red wine and sugar. Slice beef against the grain in strips about 2 in. long. Add to marinade then toss with a fork until well coated. Cover and leave in fridge overnight.

You're done for the day. Take a break with some of that red wine.

Beef with Snow Peas and Rice:
Why not pour yourself a glass of wine before you start? Start cooking rice in separate pot. Heat sesame oil in large frying pan or wok on medium high. Add ginger, drained marinated beef and chili flakes. Slice green onion and add to pan. Toss until sauce thickens slightly and snow peas are tender but crisp. Serve over rice.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This can look like a lot of work but it is meant to
be broken up between two days. Take care of your prep work the
night before to make the following evening's supper both easy and
extraordinary.

I have made this a few times and have yet to find oyster sauce; it
was still quite good with the soy sauce substitute and the
Worcestershire sauce substitute.
