2 c sugar 1 c butter
3 eggs 1 c sour cream
1 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp nutmeg [if you want]
1/8 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla
Flour to make a soft dough [approximately 4 cups or so]

Cream butter —
Add eggs, cream well —
Add sugar, salt & flour —
Mix as soft as can be handled well. —
Roll, cut & bake in a moderate oven. —
Do not roll too thin

325-350Ί oven maybe 10 - 15 min watch so it’s not too brown
