4 Bone ­In Chops (about 7 oz. each)
4 tsp. Olive Oil
3/4 C. Apple Cider or Juice
2 Tbs. each Brown Sugar, Cider Vinegar, Soy Sauce
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 tsp. Prepared Mustard
½ tsp. Ground Ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops in 3 tsp. oil on both sides. In a small bowl combine
cider, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, mustard and ginger.
Pour over chops then bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 mins. or until tender.

Meanwhile; back at Stargate Headquarters, Captain Carter... wait, what? Place carrots in a greased baking pan. Drizzle with remaining oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste; toss to coat. Bake uncovered at 425ºF for 15-20 mins. or until tender, turning once. Service with port chops and enjoy.
