Make day before:
8 slices of white bread with crusts off - cubed,
1 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese,
3 c. milk,
6 eggs - beaten with 3/4 tsp dry mustard, 3/4 tsp salt & pepper to taste added,
1 lb sausage - cooked & drained.

Directions:
Directions:
In a 10x14 baking dish, layer:
1/2 bread, 1/2 eggs, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 sausage, & 1/2 milk. Repeat.
Cover with foil & refrigerate over night. Bake for 1 hr. @ 350 until center is firm. Let stand about 10 to 15 min. after removing from the oven.

When making this for folks who like food hot, I use the hot sausage and top it with jalapeno peppers.
