3 cups stewed tomatoes
2 T. celery, 2 cups onions
3/4 cup green pepper
2 T. brown sugar
3 long green chiles (roasted)
14 oz. beef broth
12 oz. beer (dark)
2 1/2 T. chili powder, 2 tsp. salt
2 garlic cloves
1 1/2 tsp. oregano, cumin, pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme, coriander
BROWN- 2 lb. ground round and 1 lb. ground pork
4 T. oil

TOP WITH: 8 oz. Monterey Jack, shredded & sour cream
2-4 T. fresh lime juice

Simmer for 2-3 hours or overnight in a crockpot

Serve with the cheese and sour cream
