Red Leaf Lettuce
¼C White vinegar
2-3 slices bacon
2 slices of onion (diced)
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large salad bowl, add the vinegar, onion & salt & pepper.
Set aside
Wash & dry the lettuce
Set aside
Cut the bacon into small pieces. Place in a microwave safe cup or pitcher. Heat in the microwave for a minute or less at a time, removing to stir & separate the pieces each time you reset until the bacon is crispy. DO NOT DRAIN
Now, quickly, empty the bacon & grease into the salad bowl, add the lettuce, stir, serve & eat.
It won't be any good cold or leftover.
