2 cups heavy whipping cream
6 cups whole milk
12 oz. white chocolate, finely chopped
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
dark chocolate for shavings on top

Directions:
Directions:
Place white chocolate in a medium heat-proof bowl; set aside. Place milk and cream in a medium saucepan set over medium heat. Heat until bubbles form around the edgesof the pan (about 4 minutes). DO NOT BOIL! Remove from the heat and immediately pour milk mixture over the white chocolate. When the chocolate begins to melt, gnetly stir to combine. Whisk in vanilla and continue whisking until a light foam forms. Serve immediately. Use a vegetable peeler to make dark chocolate shavings. Garnish with shavings, marshmallows, and candy canes.
