2C flour
4 Tbs. smoked paprika
2 tsp. each salt, thyme
1 tsp. each pepper, poultry seasoning, oregano, tarragon, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and southwest chipoltle
Directions:
Directions:
Refer to Poultry Seasoning which can be found just a few recipes over.

Combine and mix well. Store in and airtight jar. To prevent unnecessary waste, instead of shaking chicken in a bag, use as a seasoning sprinkled on top. Sprinkle to coat second side half way through baking, when chicken is flipped over.
