1.5 lbs ground beef or ground turkey
1 egg
1 onion (I like to use sweet onion), chopped
1 cup milk
1 cup dried bread crumbs (reg or Italian)
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp prepared mustard
1/3 cup ketchup
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.
In a large bowl, combine beef or turkey, egg, onion, milk & bread crumbs. Season with salt & Pepper. Place in a lightly greased 5x9 loaf pan or a 9x13.
In a separate bowl combine brown sugar, mustard & ketchup. Mix well.
Pour / Spread all over top & sides.
Bake for 1 hour to 1.5 hours. Remove and ENJOY!
