2 tbs. Dried Oregano
1 tbs. Dried Basil
1 tbs. Garlic Granules (or Garlic Powder)
1/2 tbs. each of Dried Parsley, Dried Thyme, & crushed Fennel Seeds
1 tsp. each of Dried Chives, Cayenne Pepper Flakes, & Ground Pepper
1/2 tsp. each of Dried Minced Onion, & Dried Sage
Directions:

Combine and mix well. Store in airtight jar away from heat and light to preserve colour and freshness. Sprinkle this on dishes like spaghetti, minestrone, chili, Italian breads, pasta salad, and especially pizza. When in doubt, add more garlic!
