1 frying chicken -cut up with skin removed 1/2 stick butter 1/2 Cup Honey 1/4 Cup Mustard (prepared) 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. curry powder
Melt butter in the pan you are going to bake in; add honey,mustard,salt and curry powder until blended. Place chicken in pan making sure the sauce has basted it. Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Turn the chicken once during the baking period.
