3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
½ tsp yeast
1½ cups warm water

Directions:

1) In a bowl, stir the ingredients until combined. Cover with plastic wrap at room temp. for 8-24 hours.

2) Turn dough out onto well floured surface and form into a ball. Rest for 30 minutes.

3) In the meantime, place baking dish with high sides into oven and preheat to 450º

4) Slash 'X' on top of bread. Carefully transfer to baking dish and cover. Bake 30 minutes; uncover and bake 10-15 minutes more until golden brown. Cool before slicing.
