Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup unpopped popcorn
1 lb white chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Pop the corn and ad to a large bowl.
Lightly salt the popcorn and set aside.
Melt the white chocolate over a double boiler of gently simmering water.
Do not allow any water or steam get into the chocolate or it will seize and all will be lost.
When the chocolate is melted stir until smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate over the popcorn and stir to mix until well coated.
Pour the mixture out onto parchment lined baking sheet.
Allow the chocolate harden.

To "gild the lily " you could drizzle melted dark chocolate over the popcorn also.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is the best, easiest and most addictive dessert that I know.
This was originally made with popcorn, fritos and pretzels. Try it!
White chocolate chips don't seem to work well for this. It is better to use a block of good white chocolate.
This will keep for a few days in an airtight container.
The container will also keep you from eating the whole lot....
