1 c. sugar
¾ c. peanut butter
½ c. honey
1 ½ tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 ½ c. all purpose flour
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9x13 pan.

Cream first five ingredients together. Add beaten eggs.

In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Pour batter into greased pan.

Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Dust with powdered sugar and cut into strips.

These peanut butter strips were made and served in the school cafeterias of Sherman ISD where Matt attended school from seventh grade through high school.
