1 lb. fish fillets
1 tbsp.
⅛ tsp.paprika
Dash salt and pepper
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
½ c. milk
¼ c. buttered bread crumbs
1 tbsp. snipped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cut fillets into serving pieces. Place in greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper. In saucepan, melt butter; blend in flour, dash of salt, and dash of pepper. Add Milk; cook and stir til thick and bubbly. Pour sauce over fillets. Sprinkle with bred crumbs. Bake at 350ºF. for 35 mins. Trim with parsley.
