Southwestern Pork Tenderloin Recipe

2 whole pork tenderloins (about 1½ lbs. total)
5 tsp. chili powder
1½ tsp. oregano
¾ tsp. ground cumin
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
IN a small bowl, mix well all seasonings and vegetable oil. Rub mixture over all surfaces of tenderloins.
COVER and refrigerate 2-24 hours (the longer the better.)
GRILL over medium-hot coals, turning occasionally, for 15-20 mins., until thermostat inserted reads 155-160ºF. Pork is done when there is still a hint of pink in the center. Slice to serve.
OR bake in oven at 350ºF. until thermostat reads 155-160ºF.
