1 lb. ground beet
⅓ c. ketchup
1 pkg. (12 oz.) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner

Directions:
1. BROWN meat in large skillet; drain.
2. STIR in 1½ c. water, ketchup and Shell Macaroni. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 10 to 12 min. or until macaroni is tender.
3 ADD VELVEETA Cheese Sauce; stir until melted.

TIP: BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Mac: Prepare as directed, substituting ½ cup Barbecue Sauce for ketchup and increasing water to 2 c. Sprinkle with ¼ c. Real Bacon Pieces just before serving.
