1 pkg. Hillshire Farm Links, any variety, sliced
2 tbsp. oil
¼ c. chopped onion
½ c. diced bell pepper
⅓ c. chopped celery
1 pkg. Lipton's Spanish Rice Mix
1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and peppers
¾ c. water
¼ tsp. pepper

Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in oil. Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan. Bring to a boil while stirring well. Cover and simmer until liquid is absorbed, about 10-12 mins. Remove from stove and let rest for 5 mins. before serving. For a spicier creole taste, use Hillshire Farm Light or Regular Hot Links. IF you like a hotter creole, add 1/8 tsp. of cayeen pepper or Louisiana Hot Sauce.
