1 tbsp. Popmpeian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" pieces
1 c. sliced mushrooms (3 oz.)
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped (1 c.)
2 tbsp. finely copped onion
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
½ c. Swanson Chicken Broth or dry white wine
1 tsp. red or white wine vinegar
2 c. Five Brothers Oven Roasted Garlic & Onion Pasta Sauce
4 c. hot cooked spaghetti

Heat oil in 10" skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in oil, stirring occasionally, until brown. Stir in mushrooms, bell pepper, onion and garlic. Cook 6 to 8 mins., stirring occasionally, until bell pepper and onion are crisp-tender and chicken is no longer pink in center. Stir in broth and vinegar. Cook 3 minutes. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Simmer uncovered 10 to 12 mins. to blend flavors. Serve over spaghetti.
