1 3 oz. pkg. flavored gelatin
½ c. boiling water
½ c. cold water
1 8 fl. oz. can chilled Vanilla Ensure

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add Cold Water.
Chill Until slightly Gelled.
60 to 90 min.
Combine gelatin with chilled Ensure & whip 5 to 7 minutes until fluffy.
Place in serving dishes or in a mold.
Chill one hour before serving
