4 eggs
1 ¾ c. sugar
½ c. flour
¼ c. melted margarine
2 c. milk
1 ½ c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in order and mix well.
Pour mixture into a greased 10-inch pie pan or 2 small pans.
Bake in a 350° oven for 45 min. or until golden brown.
The middle will appear rather soft.
The pie should have a delicate crust on top, sides, and bottom.
Cool before serving.
