1 c. walnuts
1 ¼ c. All-purpose flour
½ c. packed brown sugar
1 ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
½ c. butter
½ c. flaked coconut
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
⅔ c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 (21 oz.) strawberry pie filling

Preheat oven to 350◦F. Lightly grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2” baking pan; set aside. Coarsely chop ½ cup of nuts; set aside. Finely chop remaining nuts; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture is consistency of fine crumbs. Add finely chopped nuts and coconut. Remove ½ cup of mixture; set aside. Press remaining crumb mixture into bottom of pan. Bake 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. For filling: in mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Add granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla and the remaining ¼ tsp. cinnamon. Beat until smooth. Spread filling over hot crust. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes. Spread strawberry pie filling over cream cheese layer. Combine reserved nuts and crumbs; sprinkle over filling. Bake 15 minutes more. Cool on wire rack. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
