1 ½ c. flour
¼ c. butter (melted)
1 glass of beer
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
Fruits: choice of apples, banana, peaches, apricots, pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, pour the flour
Make a hole in the flour and put egg yolks and melted butter in the hole
Mix with a wooden spoon and add in the beer little by little
Beat egg whites and fold in batter
Let batter rest for 1 hour before using
Dip fruit in batter, shake excess and deep fry until golden
Turn briquettes over as they are frying
Take briquettes out and sprinkle on both sides with granulated sugar
Eat warm
