iceberg or butter lettuce
1 lb. ground beef or turkey (fried very dark)
1 Tbsp. oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp soy sauce
¼ c hoisin sauce
1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
Asian chili pepper sauce
1- 8 oz. can water chestnuts (drained & finely chopped)
1 bunch green onion chopped
2 tsp. Asian (dark) sesame oil
1 Tbsp. ginger, chopped (or more)

Directions:
Directions:
1) Brown the meat in oil. Set aside.

2) Cook the onion in the same pan. Stir frequently.

4) Add garlic, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger, chili sauce & onion. Stir in water chestnuts, green onion, sesame oil & meat.

5) Serve wrapped in a lettuce leaf.
