Carrots
1/4 c sugar
1/2 to 1 cube butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Pare and Slice the carrots evenly. Cook in water until tender, but not done. Drain water. Add 1/4 cup or so of sugar and 1/2 to 1 cube of butter. Add salt and pepper. Simmer until done.
