1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and sugar until creamy. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Combine the dry ingredients and add to the butter mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips.

Drop onto cookie sheet and bake in 350 degree oven for about 7 minutes. Cookies will look slightly underdone but will be fine once they are cooled down.

I use a cookie scoop and press down on the cookie ball so they cook a little more even and look better as they will not change shape while cooking.

If you double this batch, it will take the whole box of crumbs (saves you from having to measure).
