1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 Tbsp Sriracha
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Tbsp tapioca flour
1/3 cup coconut oil for frying
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
1/2 cup shredded cilantro
2 green onions sliced
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp white rice vinegar
1/2 Tbsp honey
Pinch of salt
Flour or corn tortillas

Mix together the mayonnaise, chili sauce, and Sriracha. Set aside

In skillet over medium heat, melt coconut oil. Dredge shrimp in tapioca flour. Fry in oil turning to cook both sides. Mix shrimp with mayo chili sauce mixture.

Mix together in medium bowl, cabbages, cilantro, green onions. In small bowl, stir oil, vinegar, honey, and oil. Pour over cabbage mixure.

Warm flour tortillas or pan fry corn tortillas. Top each tortilla with 3 shrimp and coleslaw. Drizzle with remaining mayo chili mixture
