1 head of garlic about 12 cloves or 3 tbsp. from a jar of fresh garlic
1 large onion coarsely chopped
1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of olive oil 2tsp of smoked paprika
2 tsp of cumin
2 tsp oregano
2tsp salt
1 tsp of black pepper 8 to 10 pork chops

place garlic onion vinegar oil and seasoning in a blender cover and on high speed untill smooth
put pork in a large storage bag pour seasoning in bag and put in the fridge for 8 to 10 hours
remove from bag place in a panadd 1 stick of butter 1/2 cup of water cover the pan with tin foil
pre heat oven 350 bake for 4 hours half way through remove the foil
