Sweet corn kernels 2 Cups
All-purpose flour ¼ Cup
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste 2 tsp
Green Pepper 1 (cut in 1-2 inch piece )
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Red chili sauce 1 tsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Oil for frying

Directions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine sweet corn kernels with rest of the ingredients.
2. Use 1-2 tbsp of water if the mixture is too dry.
3. Mix it so that the corn kernels get coated with the flour mixture properly.
4. Keep it refrigerated.
5. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a deep-frying pan.
6. Deep-fry the corn kernels in small batches until crisp and golden.
7. Cover the pan with the lid while frying as the corn starts popping.
8. Transfer to a plate. Lined the plate with paper towel so that it absorbs extra oil.
9. Serve Crispy Corn immediately garnished with spring onion greens.
