1 (3 1/4 oz.) package tapioca pudding
2 c. juice of drained pineapple
1 (16 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
2 bananas, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pudding according to instructions on the box, substituting reserved pineapple juice and adding orange juice to make two cups in place of milk. Let the tapioca cool. Add pineapple chunks and oranges. Mix and refrigerate. Add sliced bananas just before serving.
