3 Cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 Cup chopped nuts
3 Eggs Beaten
1 1/2 Cups Vegetable Oil
2 Cups Bananas Mashed
1 8 Ounce can crushed Pineapple drained
2 tsp. Vanilla
Optional Additions: 1/4 tsp. ground cloves and additional 5 or 6 more ounces of pineapple

Directions:

Combine dry ingredients, stir in nuts and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until batter is moistened. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 8" loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle of loaf is clean.

I always add additional nuts to this recipe and have used walnuts and pecans. I also add 1/4 tsp. ground cloves as I think it helps the flavor. My cousin told me she thought it needed more pineapple so I have added another 5 or 6 ounces of pineapple.
