Yams (2 large cans),drained
1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar
Grand marnier,Shot glass full

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter,when hot add brown sugar ,stirring constantly.Turn heat to medium heat, add shot of grand marnier.Stir for a minute or two.Add yams, turning one or two times during cooking.Serve warm.
