2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup walnuts chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
4 cups peeled apples diced into small pieces
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Sift four, salt, baking soda, cinnamon. Break
eggs over apples , add oil and sugar and mix
by hand. Add flour mixture, nuts, mix well.
Mixture will be thick. Bake in ungreased 13x9
pan at 350 for 45-55 minutes until inserted
toothpick comes out clean. Sprinkle with
powdered sugar when cool.
