3 Cups uncooked oatmeal
1 Cup rice krispies
1 Cup no-salted toasted sunflower seeds
1 Cup dried apricots
1 Cup dried cranberries
3/4 Cup margarine
1/2 Cup packed brown sugar
1/2 Cup corn syrup
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
In large bowl combine oats, cereal and sunflower seeds, mix well. Add apricots and cranberries, mix well. Set aside. In another bowl beat butter, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla and salt until smooth. Add oat mixture and stir until blended. Transfer dough to greased 15 1/2 X 10 1/2 X 1 " jelly roll pan. Using fingertips, press dough evenly into pan. Bake at 350 F for 20 to 22 min. or until golden brown. Let cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars about 2 1/2 x 1 1/2"
