1 4 ounce can of Coleman's dry mustard
1 cup cider vinegar
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt.
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the mustard in the vinegar overnight (makes a paste)

Mix the sugar, eggs and salt in a sauce pan. Add the paste and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes. Cool. Add the mayonnaise. Chill. This will keep for weeks in the refrigerator. Serve as a condiment with ham.
