1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 cups flour
1 tsp soda
6 ounce can of frozen lemonade concentrate

Preheat oven to 400º

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and beat until light and fluffy.
Sift together flour and soda;
add alternately to creamed mixture with the lemonade concentrate (reserve ¼ cup of lemonade)

Drop dough from a teaspoon 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake cookies about 8 minutes until lightly browned around the edges.
Brush hot cookies lightly with remaining lemonade concentrate and sprinkle with sugar.
Remove to cooling rack.
