1 Beef roast
1 envelope Lipton beef and mushroom soup mix
1/2.cup water

Whole red potatoes
2 onions
Carrots
Directions:
Directions:
Place roast into crock pot

Mix together soup mix and water and add to the crock pot

Cut carrots into pieces

Add the onions, potatoes, and carrots

Cook for 4 hours or until roast is tender
